For this to be more valid of a concept, I need to consider the node being harvested itself, not the thing doing the harvesting, as technically, using a Raw Surge is going to depleted future extractors, which isn't a concept I currently handle.
But that seems like future work and polish, I am going to be find with this bandaid for now, and do not refactor later

This might just work as is based on how my code looks. Would be amusing if it did
