Used for moving your space ship. Costs increase when moving in enemy territory.
Max 100 Flux, you get 20 per day. Doesn't seem like a resource you need to worry about.
Moving within your territory costs seems to cost 1 to 2 Flux per node is distance. 10 Flux when moving in enemy territory, with planets with the red line connections.
