One obvious question is what really is the difference between General and Planetary Masteries?
|
|

It feels placeholderish, as I don't really think Planetary Masteries are that different from most General items. So this UI is probably going to be changed. Maybe 1 slot of Mercenary, 4 slots for Items, and faction powers stay as is.
